Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Associate focused on lead generation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations management, be proficient in using Hub Spot and Excel, and demonstrate the ability to work independently. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving lead acquisition and nurturing prospects through effective marketing operations strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s marketing operations systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support lead generation efforts.
Optimize marketing workflows and processes to streamline lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel to track lead generation performance and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective lead acquisition campaigns.
Develop and execute email campaigns, lead segmentation, and automation strategies using Hub Spot.
Research and identify opportunities to expand lead sources and improve conversion rates.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing operations management or lead generation-focused roles.
Proficiency in Hub Spot (or equivalent CRM platforms).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Analytical mindset with a passion for driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
