As a Marketing Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving lead acquisition and nurturing prospects through effective marketing operations strategies.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company’s marketing operations systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support lead generation efforts.
  • Optimize marketing workflows and processes to streamline lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting using Excel to track lead generation performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design and implement effective lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Develop and execute email campaigns, lead segmentation, and automation strategies using HubSpot.
  • Research and identify opportunities to expand lead sources and improve conversion rates.



Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations management or lead generation-focused roles.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or equivalent CRM platforms).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for driving lead generation and pipeline growth.
