Title: Operations AssociateLocation: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reports, and document management.Process Optimization:
Proactively identify areas for improvement within administrative and operational processes. Develop and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall team performance.Project Management Support:
Assist the Project Manager with project coordination tasks, such as tracking deadlines, maintaining project documentation, and communicating with stakeholders.HR Support:
Assist with various HR functions, such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, coordinating training sessions, and supporting recruitment efforts.Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.Office Management:
Maintain office organization, order supplies, and coordinate facilities maintenance as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative, operations, or HR support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com) is a plus.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
