Job Title: Sales Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM) - Sales

Department: Sales

Reports To: Vice President - Sales

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven professional with a deep understanding of the coworking ecosystem, corporate sales strategies, and client engagement practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
  • Professional Background: 7–10+ years of experience in B2B sales , enterprise sales , or business development , preferably within coworking, hospitality, or commercial real estate sectors. Proven expertise in managing broker networks and channel partners.
  • Industry Expertise: Experience in coworking spaces, flexible office solutions, business centers, or commercial space leasing is highly desirable.
  • Compensation: Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives and rewards for exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Revenue Generation & Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting flexible office spaces , including coworking memberships, private offices, meeting rooms, and virtual office services.
  • Leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities across Quest’s product suite.
  1. Market Development:
  • Identify and engage with corporate clients, startups, and enterprises seeking modern workspace solutions.
  • Develop lead pipelines through innovative strategies such as networking events , digital outreach , and broker collaborations .
  1. Solution-Oriented Selling:
  • Conduct detailed client needs analysis and provide tailored recommendations to match their requirements with Quest’s offerings.
  • Position Quest Coworks as a strategic partner for businesses seeking agile workspaces.
  1. Strategic Reporting & Analytics:
  • Maintain and update sales pipelines using CRM tools, ensuring actionable insights for management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback to fine-tune sales approaches.

 

  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, real estate brokers , and other key stakeholders to enhance Quest’s market presence.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional client experience at every interaction.
  1. Collaboration Across Teams:
  • Partner with operations, IT, and finance teams to address client queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
  1. Negotiation & Closing:
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations , ensuring deals align with both client needs and business objectives.
  • Close agreements that drive mutual value and long-term client retention.

  • Proven ability to generate leads , manage pipelines, and achieve ambitious sales KPIs.

  • Experience in managing relationships with brokers , channel partners , and corporate clients .
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and MS Office tools.
