Hospitality Chief Executive Officer: CTC - ₹12,00,000 Profit Share: 5% paid out quarterly Lead & Build our “IRL”- In Real Life businesses. About The Role: To serve as the General Manager of our Hospitality Portfolio, you will be in charge of our 2 properties in central Bangalore and a portfolio of co - living, co - working events & studios businesses. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's long-term business strategies to achieve the goals set by Management. Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans designed to facilitate the achievement of both short-term and long-term objectives. Operational Management: Ensure that the company's activities align with its overall strategy and mission, driving consistency and excellence across all operations. Oversee the financial performance of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet targets. Provide guidance, support, and training to the sales team to enhance their performance and professional growth. Track weekly MIS. Community Building: Foster a thriving community within our co-living and co-working spaces, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and retention among residents and members. Implement innovative programs and initiatives to enhance the living and working experience. Event Planning and Management: Oversee the planning and execution of approximately 600 weddings annually at our banquet spaces, ensuring each event meets our standard of excellence. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and industry leaders to support business growth and development. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing it at various forums, conferences, and industry events. Market and Industry Analysis: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities. Continuously evaluate the company's position and make recommendations to enhance competitiveness. Crisis Management: Demonstrate strong crisis management skills, making high-quality decisions in a fast-paced environment. Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's assets and reputation. Qualifications: Experience and Expertise: Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior managerial position with a track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives. Extensive experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing a clear vision for the company. Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of corporate finance, financial performance metrics, and performance management principles. Ability to manage budgets, forecast financial outcomes, and optimize financial performance. Sales and Marketing Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in leading a sales team to achieve revenue goals. Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, public relations, finance, human resources, and operations. Leadership and Organizational Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. Proven ability to inspire and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Crisis and Decision Management: Strong ability to manage crises and make high-quality decisions under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and creatively. Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills. Ability to articulate the company's vision, mission, and values to various stakeholders.
