Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

At Suyojett, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to lead our technology and engineering agenda. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, manage complex engineering projects, and lead a team of engineers to deliver world-class products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the technical expert, designing and architecting scalable solutions while leveraging modern technologies to enhance productivity, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Ensure optimal performance and high availability of our SaaS software, with effective management of live site operations.
  • Implement and enforce engineering processes, including design reviews, code reviews, and the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Oversee software development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery while identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Own and optimize infrastructure costs, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Manage operational requests from other teams, addressing their productivity needs and ensuring alignment with internal requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, and architecture.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable engineering plans.
  • Visionary leader with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on quality and operational excellence.
