Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Analytics Manager to develop dashboards and insights on student affairs, academics, and placement data. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the EdTech domain and possess advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement dashboards to track student performance, academic progress, and placement outcomes.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for improving educational and operational strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
Utilize advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau to create comprehensive reports.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous quality checks.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the EdTech or skilling domain.
Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication skills to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Hands-on experience in creating and managing dashboards and reports.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Desired Skills:
Experience in the education or skilling sector.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with student information systems and placement tracking tools.
