Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Rotimatic. As a pivotal member of our team, you will spearhead the development and execution of content strategies that elevate our brand and drive engagement. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your exceptional writing skills to craft compelling content across various platforms, ensuring that our messaging resonates with our target audience and effectively communicates our brand story.
Role and Responsibilities
As the Content Marketing Manager, you will:
Develop a Comprehensive Content Strategy: Design and execute a content roadmap that aligns with Rotimatic’s brand values, marketing goals, and customer journey stages. Content Creation and Curation: Increase engagement through content strategy, and oversee the creation of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, infographics, and user stories, that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. (website, social media, blogs, email, video, ads, etc)
Lead Brand Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives that highlight Rotimatic’s innovation, customer stories, and global impact, reinforcing the brand’s thought leadership in AI and food tech. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content creators, writers, and freelancers. Ensure deadlines are met and content meets brand standards. SEO and Performance Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to maximize organic reach and ensure content drives measurable results, such as traffic, engagement, and conversions. Cross-Channel Campaigns: Strategically repurpose and distribute content across channels such as social media, email, website, and paid media to ensure consistent brand messaging. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and sales teams to align content initiatives with business objectives and product launches. Measure and Analyze Performance: Track content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hub Spot, etc.) and optimize strategies based on data insights. Stay Updated on Trends: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats to ensure Rotimatic remains ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
8–12 years of experience in content marketing, strategy, or related roles, preferably in consumer tech, D2 C, or food tech industries.
Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity, being an engagement enabler is a must.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful content campaigns that drive business outcomes.
Strong understanding of SEO, content performance metrics, and analytics tools.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across departments.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Passion for food technology, innovation, and connecting with a global audience.
