About the roleWe’re looking for a rockstar Content Marketing Manager looking to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, work closely with cross-functional teams, and own the entire Content marketing function to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generation.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute and own our Content marketing strategy & activities (including managing budget for the same) to drive brand awareness, engagement and lead generationCraft OrbitShift’s online brand and voice in line with our vision & goals, and customized for our target audienceCraft compelling content across marketing channels (website, landing pages, ad campaigns, email marketing campaigns, newsletters, articles, blog posts, social media posts, etc) & drive traffic for the sameIdentify, measure & improve relevant metrics that assess the effectiveness of all our marketing campaigns (especially engagement rates + conversions) and make data-driven recommendations to other teamsCreate strong online momentum ahead of and during product launches & key company milestonesOptimising content for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) & monitor the performance of the content through online tools such as Google AnalyticsCreate & own short-term and long-term content calendarConduct market research, competitor analysis, stay updated with industry best practices, emerging trends, and evolving content formats to enhance content marketing initiatives
Requirements5+ years of relevant Content Marketing experience in Series B stage, B2B SaaS companiesProven track record of managing all aspects of successful content marketing campaigns for similar products for similar audienceDeep knowledge of strategies for different types of integrated marketing campaigns, market trends, marketing channels, etcHands on experience with SEO marketing, content marketing, brand marketing, blog management, website management, social media management, paid ads, analytics, etcProficiency using CRMs, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics, etcStellar research, presentation, content-writing, communication, project & program management skillsGood technical proficiency & understanding of complex tech productsProven track record of effective problem solving, and working in a highly collaborative role with cross-functional teamsCustomer-centric mindset & attention to detailBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Product, Strategy, etc is required. Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institute is preferred.
