Working at Myntra is challenging but fun - we are a young and dynamic team, firm believers in meritocracy, believe in equal opportunity, encourage intellectual curiosity and empower our teams with the right tools, space, and opportunities.

About the Role:

At Myntra, our success is measured in speed. The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer experience. You will lead a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy, directly impacting our ability to deliver products to our customers faster than ever before. If you are a visionary leader who can turn complex data into actionable plans, this is the role for you.

Your Impact:

  • Elevate Speed & Efficiency: You will own the core processes for inventory placement and allocation, directly influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all Myntra nodes.
  • Innovate & Automate: You will design and deploy cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize Resources: Your strategic oversight will ensure the efficient use of our most critical resources—space and capacity—to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve Complex Challenges: You will be a key problem-solver, leveraging your understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive the development of innovative, sustainable solutions.
  • Drive Strategic Change: You will lead key initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that fundamentally improve our supply chain.
  • Collaborate for Success: You will build strong relationships and influence senior leaders across operations, category management, and planning to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Build a Winning Team: You will be a mentor and leader, building a talented, self-sufficient team capable of delivering on the most critical organizational priorities.

Who You Are:

  • An experienced professional with 6+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, or operations, with a Tier-1/2 MBA.
  • A masterful problem-solver with exceptional analytical skills and an unwavering focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • A decisive leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and can set clear priorities with minimal guidance.
  • A compelling communicator who can effectively rally and influence cross-functional and C-suite leaders toward a common goal.
  • A proven team builder with a passion for developing and motivating high-performing talent.
  • Technically proficient in MS Office and SQL.
