Job Summary

  • A Deputy Manager will be responsible for overseeing membership compliance and supporting the team to achieve a no-error work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Change in Director's Details
  • Review and process applications for change in director according to Exchange/SEBI guidelines.
  • Evaluate all applications related to change in director details, shareholding pattern, directors, and transfer of membership.
  • Maintain accurate records, update control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
Change in Shareholding Pattern or Constitution
  • Scrutinize and process shareholding pattern, constitution, or reconstitution of partnership firms.
  • Keep records updated, maintain control sheets, and follow up with members via mail and phone calls.
Change in Member Entity Name or Office Address
  • Process applications as per norms, update SEBI Portal, and ensure no errors within prescribed TAT.
  • Update member names and addresses in CRM databases as per member requests and notify other departments.
Closure of Alerts and Data Maintenance
  • Closure of alerts in Trackwizz application.
  • Maintain monthly databases and collate data for SEBI and internal departments.
