  • Monitor production metrics and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement.\
  • Develop and maintain production documentation.\
  • Participate in planning and execution of new projects.\
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery.\
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to provide feedback and suggest innovative solutions to production challenges.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.\
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, including equipment maintenance and quality control measures.\
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure that production goals are met.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure that production processes remain efficient and effective.\
