Key Responsibilities:
Craft and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy, including social media and performance marketing, to boost brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
Develop targeted campaigns across digital platforms to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid channels.
Monitor ad spend and ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI while staying within budget.
A/B test creatives and ad formats to maximize performance.
Collaborate with the creative team to design engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and text) tailored to each platform and campaign objective.
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar, ensuring alignment with broader marketing goals.
Confidently lead the creation of reels, video content, and other on-screen formats to engage the target audience.
Monitor, respond to, and foster meaningful interactions with users on social platforms to build a loyal community.
Track, analyze, and report on the performance of both social media and paid campaigns, ensuring continuous optimization.
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Stay ahead of the latest trends in social media and performance marketing, adopting new tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and goals.
Skills and Experience :
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or performance marketing.
Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Deep understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube) and advertising platforms (Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite).
Ability to create innovative content and campaigns tailored to specific audiences.
Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance data to inform decisions.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident on camera and skilled at presenting ideas effectively.
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and proficiency in using CRM and marketing software.
