Social media manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development: Craft and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic.
2. Content Creation: Collaborate with our creative team to design engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, and text) tailored to each social platform.
3. Content Planning and Strategy: Develop a consistent content calendar and strategize on the most effective content types for our audience.
4. On-Camera Presence: Be confident and presentable in front of the camera, leading the creation of reels, video content, and other on-screen formats.
5. Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with users in a way that adds value and fosters community.
6. Analytics: Track and analyze key metrics, ensuring constant optimization of our campaigns.
7. Reporting: Provide detailed reports on the success and areas of improvement for our social media efforts, making data-driven recommendations for future strategies.
8. Trendspotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and tools, and integrate new ideas to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
9. Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, ensuring alignment in messaging and branding.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience: At least 1 year of professional social media management or relevant experience.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube, etc.) and their analytics.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and turn them into impactful social campaigns.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Public Speaking: Outstanding public speaking abilities, comfortable and effective in front of the camera.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data to drive decisions.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
