Shift timing - night shift –US (5:00 PM - 3:00 AM)
Work Mode - work from office
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in Bangalore. As a BDE at IInfotanks, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our recruitment and staffing services. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and take on a dynamic role that combines strategic outreach, client relationship management, and sales excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
Create and execute strategies for lead generation across multiple channels, including email, social media, and industry events.
Identifying New Opportunities :
Research potential clients and business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and tailor our services to meet their needs, ensuring a customer-centric approach at all times.
Sales & Negotiation:
Drive the sales process from initial contact through to closing, including negotiation and contract discussions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients.
Market Analysis:
Stay updated with market trends and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and industry developments.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and sales progress.
Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales performance and pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to conduct market research effectively.
Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field from a reputable educational institution is preferred.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
