Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Campus Hiring and Employee Engagement Executive. The executive will be responsible for managing campus recruitment activities, engaging with educational institutions, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, they will handle employee relations, coordinate events focused on employee engagement, facilitate effective communication, and assist in resolving employee issues. The role aims to foster a positive work environment and retain talent within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Campus Hiring

  • Plan and conduct college recruitment drives.
  • Coordinate with placement cells and academic institutions.
  • Manage end-to-end campus recruitment - from shortlisting to onboarding.
  • Identify and attract high-potential fresh talent.

Candidate Development & Nurturing

  • Organize induction, onboarding, and orientation programs for new joinees.
  • Plan and execute regular engagement sessions for campus hires.
  • Conduct periodic check-ins and feedback discussions to ensure smooth assimilation.

Employee Happiness & Wellbeing

  • Act as a liaison between employees and the organization.
  • Facilitate open communication channels to understand and resolve concerns early.
  • Conduct "Voice of Employee" sessions to gather insights and improve employee experience.
  • Contribute to building a positive, inclusive, and motivating work environment.

Psychology-Driven Approach

  • Use knowledge of psychology and human behavior to foster stronger workplace relationships.
  • Identify early signs of disengagement and recommend proactive interventions.
