Job Title : Business Development Executive – Delhi Location: Delhi, India Organisation: UAP Overview: UAP is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to lead our efforts in recruiting international students from Delhi, India.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand UAP's reach within the region, fostering relationships with key educational institutions, and driving international student recruitment efforts.

This role will be crucial in helping UAP grow its presence in Delhi and maintain its position as a competitive player in the global student recruitment market.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic plan to enhance UAP's visibility and student recruitment efforts.

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the education market.

Continuously refine strategies to stay ahead of market shifts and leverage new recruitment channels.

Partnership Development: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with local educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and other stakeholders to drive international student enrolment.

Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring they align with UAP’s objectives and compliance standards.

Build and strengthen a network of educational agents, universities, and consortia to enhance student recruitment opportunities.

Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement targeted sales and marketing strategies aimed at promoting UAP’s services to students and institutions in Delhi.

Create marketing materials, organise events, and deliver presentations to engage potential students and partners.

Leverage digital marketing channels and participate in education fairs, seminars, and industry events to drive recruitment campaigns.

Student Recruitment: Lead international student recruitment initiatives across Delhi through both online and offline channels.

Implement CRM strategies to efficiently manage prospective student inquiries, boosting conversion rates from first contact through to enrolment.

Work closely with agents, educational institutions, and other partners to meet recruitment targets.

Collaboration: Collaborate with the admissions and academic departments to ensure a seamless application and enrolment process for international students.

Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure efficient operations and maximise student recruitment outcomes.

Reporting, Analytics, and Operational Excellence: Develop a reporting framework to track and analyse recruitment and partnership activities, using data to make informed decisions.

Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders, offering insights on key performance indicators and recruitment strategies.

Oversee the student admission process in coordination with the Admissions department, ensuring efficient processing and positive student experiences.

Compile performance reports for agents and partners, evaluating their contribution to UAP’s recruitment goals and suggesting improvements.

Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, education, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in international student recruitment or business development within the higher education sector.

Strong knowledge of global higher education systems, admissions processes, and student visa regulations.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Ability to think strategically and implement effective recruitment strategies that drive results.

Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deliver measurable outcomes.

Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; familiarity with student recruitment platforms is a plus.

Willingness to travel domestically for recruitment events and meetings.
