Role Overview
This is a full-time on-site position for a Lead Generation & Business Development Executive at COSMICA TELEMATICS PVT. LTD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, account management, and client relationship fostering. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and connecting with potential leads, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to attract potential clients from the software industry, focusing on founders and key decision-makers.
• Identify and build a pipeline of qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.
• Drive new business opportunities by identifying client needs.
• Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage prospects and generate interest in our coaching programs.
• Handle incoming inquiries, qualify leads, and ensure a smooth transition to the next step in the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the Management to ensure alignment between lead-generation efforts and the overall business strategy.

Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT consulting or Services industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
