Role Overview The Presales Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by  translating client requirements into tailored IT SaaS solutions , creating compelling presentations, and ensuring smooth coordination between business development, product, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
Work with the sales team to understand client business needs and pain points.
Define solution architecture, workflows, and high-level implementation plans.
Sales Enablement & Support
Train and support business development executives with solution knowledge.
Act as the  bridge between clients, sales, and product/tech teams during the pre-sales cycle.
Work closely with the  delivery and implementation team for smooth project handover.
Strong understanding of  SaaS solutions, CRM, DMS, SFA, Loyalty, and IT applications .
Ability to  translate business problems into IT solutions .
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, IT, Rewards).
Qualifications & Experience
~ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Business Administration.
~ MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
~1 to 3 years of experience in Presales / Solution Consulting / SaaS Sales support .
~ Freshers can also apply if passionate for IT sales
~ Exposure to  B2B enterprise SaaS solutions is highly desirable.
