Build and optimize automations using Flows, validation rules, and other declarative tools.
Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to deliver robust solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Use deployment tools like Git and GitHub for version control and release management.
Collaborate effectively in Agile teams using tools like Jira.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce administration, including security settings and user access control.
Salesforce certifications (Admin/Developer)
Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practice

Salesforce Developer Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong Salesforce Admin knowledge: Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Flows
Expertise in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and integration patterns
Solid experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, and Jira
