About the Role: If you’re looking for a role with variety, this is it. As a Regional Channel Activation Manager your main focus will be to support all activities within your Zone. You’ll report into the National Lead- Channel Activation in implementing and executing activation Plan at the point of sale. Main Responsibilities: Overseeing the complete flow of POS materials for all in-store activities, starting from Dispatch to End to End Coordination with the respective CFAs and Internal Sales Team Being in charge of driving distribution for all Input SKUs for the Input/activated Month and driving the sales Effectiveness by driving the ISR and analyzing and training the Bottom ISRs/VSRs in the sales System. Providing briefing materials to the Sales team and dealing with F2 F briefings for Key activities with all the Internal Stakeholders Holding Calendarized Training program in Every SO TTY along with the ASMs Tracking the implementation of the guidelines for Loyalty Program and Evaluating the activity and providing guidance and directions for future Coordinating the GTM and RTM led Initiatives for all NPD Making Empanelment of Specific Stores as per Strata and measuring offtakes of the same Collecting, Validating and Publishing Market Intelligence for all Competitor in the hair Oil category at a monthly basis. Adapting the Central activity calendar to local customer/channel needs Organizing Micro Marketing Activity in Specific Clusters and Implementation and Tracking of Success/Failures for any Specific Regional /Central led category Initiatives Who are we looking for Minimum 5 + years’ experience in GT Sales/Channel Development/Trade Activation/Brand Activation (Handling Metro Town and Rural as an SO/SI/ is a Must) Experience gained in an FMCG environment only Experience in managing and coordinating the complete process flow of in-store activities, POSM management, Vendor Management, End to End Coordination of Gift Disbursement & Micro Mktg Initiatives Hands on experience in maintaining Master Data Hygiene and Mapping Updating Fluency in Excel and Power Point Proven Capability in a Sole Contributing Role with high influencing ability Academic Qualification Minimum Graduate. MBA is preferred
