Preparation of Monthly MIS duly compared with Budgets.

Monthly Analysis of Variances - Price , Volume & Cost etc.

and highlight for Corrective action.

Overall India Business level - Product wise / SKU wise / Division wise Gross margin Analysis and working out reason for the same.

Monthly Analysis of Expenses ( Promotional , Incentives , Salaries & Wages etc.) and raising flags to control.

Review of Division wise Debtors analysis and India Business Cash flow.

Periodic Analysis of Field Incentives and Achievers Analysis.

Reconciliation of MIS data with Trial Balance.

Data Support / Analytics for Monthly Review meeting / Board meetings.

Support to various SAP module implementation.

Maintain and review of cost center for domestic market.
