The mission is to expand the technological capabilities of Startups and Leaders by building a managed and remote agile team.Role DescriptionThe company is seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential clients for our domestic & International IT services (Software Development and Data Analytics) . You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Email, and Cold Calling to generate leads, nurture prospects, schedule appointments, and build a steady pipeline for the sales team.To Identify and qualify potential clients in international markets to sell our IT Services.● Execute targeted outreach via(either or all methods) cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, LinkedIn navigators, and outreach.● Schedule appointments for the qualifi ed leads.● Maintain accurate lead data and activity tracking in the CRM.● Report lead generation performance and optimize strategies for better conversion.● Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.● Work on monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation. .Joining: Immediate to 30 days (urgent requirement)Experience: 2–7 yearsIndustry: IT Services (service-based) – mandatoryCRM tool-Skills Required: Lead Generation | CRM tools | Research Skills | NegotiationBudget: Up to ₹7 LPAFamiliarity with CRM software and lead generation toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to generate and qualify International leads (US, EU, etc). ● Hands-on experience on Apollo, and ZoomInfo. ● Experience scheduling qualifi ed appointments for the sales team. ● Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho. ● Excellent written and spoken English communication skillsBenefits and Additional Information● Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM● Working days: 5 days a week (plus 1st & 3rd Saturdays working)● Medical Insurance coverage for employees● Provident Fund (PF) facility● Quarterly parties and yearly outings/trips for team bonding● Regular check-ins with leadership for growth and feedback● Recognition awards to celebrate high performance● Fun activities and team engagement sessions throughout the year
