The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in B2 B lead generation within IT / Saa S / Salesforce services , with a strong ability to identify decision-makers, nurture prospects, and create opportunities for the sales team. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify high-quality leads for Salesforce consulting & implementation services via cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and lead gen tools . Conduct in-depth research on target accounts , perform account mapping , and identify decision-makers (CXOs, VPs, Directors, IT Heads). Nurture relationships with prospects and schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales team. Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline in CRM with accurate data on prospects, leads, and interactions. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly targets (leads generated, meetings scheduled, opportunities created). Leverage lead generation tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Seamless, Smart leads, Zoom Info , etc. Work across multiple geographies including the US, Canada, UK, France, APAC, and India (domestic). Requirements 3–5 years of proven experience in B2 B Lead Generation / Inside Sales , preferably in IT, Saa S, or Salesforce services . Mandatory exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM services). Strong communication, research, and account mapping skills . Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation and meeting targets. Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in approach. Prior experience working in global markets (US, UK, APAC, Europe).
