With over 15 institutions in advanced discussions, Daskalos is shaping the next chapter in global higher education . 1) Academic Counselor Academic Counselor Walkin Drive at Mumbai Office: Date - 1-Nov-2025 Saturday Help students and parents discover the right international university programs offered at our physical campuses in India. You will engage with them through calls and meetings, guide them through the enrollment journey, and help shape their academic future. Build and manage the lead pipeline for multi-disciplinary international university programs in India. Provide in-depth, personalized counseling to students and parents via calls, video sessions, and emails. Drive enrollment conversions through consistent follow-ups and effective engagement from the provided database. Maintain accurate, real-time records of all student interactions in the CRM system. Work towards achieving student acquisition and revenue growth targets in a high-performance environment. Minimum 2+ years of experience in academic counseling or inside sales , preferably in education, higher ed, or university admissions . Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce CRM with strong analytical ability.
