**Job Title**: Overseas Counselor - B2B/University Application

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:University Application Support**:

- Stay updated on admission criteria, deadlines, and scholarship opportunities at various universities.

**B2B Partnerships**:

- Build and manage relationships with education consultants, agents, and institutional partners.
- Conduct training and workshops for B2B partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network.

**Counseling and Student Support**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student aspirations and recommend suitable programs and universities.
- Address student queries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, and visa processes.
- Maintain detailed records of student profiles, progress, and outcomes.

**Team Collaboration and Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to promote services and recruit students.
- Collaborate with the visa processing team to ensure seamless student journeys.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-4 years in overseas counseling, B2B partnerships, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of global education systems, particularly in countries like the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in student counseling or working with international education consultants.
- Knowledge of visa processes and requirements.

**NOTE: ONLY MUMBAI CANDIDATES ARE PREFERABLE**

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
