- Providing direct psychotherapeutic services in the capacity of a counsellor at the Healing Services unit.

**3. Key Objectives of the Job**
- Conduct trainings for the counsellors/social workers on Counselling and CSA pan India, and document the data and submit a timely report.
- Providing psycho-therapeutic services to children and adult survivors of sexual abuse, maintaining the documentation for the same.

**4.**Key**Deliverables**
- Conducting group sessions on various topics related to Mental Health, like self-care.
- Providing psycho-therapeutic services to children and adult survivors of sexual abuse.
- Will be responsible for actively conducting trainings for the counsellors/social workers on counselling and CSA pan India and submit timely reports
- Maintaining the client database and documentation of all cases in the organisational formats and submitting monthly updates to the coordinator.
- Conducting group sessions on various topics related to Mental Health, like self-care.
- Supporting the team in the case work and other tasks.

**7. Educational Qualification**
- Full-time Master’s in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology with a UGC recognised University
(OR)
Full-time MSW with specialisation in Psychiatric Social Work/Mental Health with a UGC recognised University.

**8. Desired Experience**
- 1-2 years of experience in direct psychotherapeutic interventions with clients.
- Should be a stickler for detail and process adherence.

**9. Other desired attributes**
- Being able to work in a team with clear and open communication.
- Knowledge of Windows, Word and Excel is necessary.

**10. Location**
- Mumbai (with pan-India travel to conduct trainings.)

**11. Salary range**
- Rs. 28,000 +
- Rs. 5200 Travel reimbursement
- Rs. 2000 Therapeutic reimbursement
- Rs. 5000 Annual Training Allowance
