We are seeking a talented UI/UX Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our growing team at WhiteCoats, a leading healthcare technology company. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the design vision, building scalable design systems, and delivering intuitive, user-centered digital healthcare experiences. At WhiteCoats, a Business Unit of ValueMomentum, we are passionate about transforming healthcare through technology and design. As the UI/UX Lead, you will play a key role in shaping product experiences for doctors, patients, and internal teams. You will lead by example, guiding designers to create innovative, accessible, and delightful user experiences that drive adoption and impact in the healthcare ecosystem.

As a UI/UX Senior Associate, you will:

• Lead and mentor a team of UI/UX designers.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma/Adobe XD.

•Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.

•Work closely with frontend developers to ensure design handoff and implementation quality.

•Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

•5-7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a mentorship role.

•Strong portfolio showcasing UI design, UX workflows, and interactive prototypes.

•Expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.

•Hands-on experience in wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.

•Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

•Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).

Experience with healthcare or SaaS product design.

•Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, Angular) for better developer collaboration.

•Exposure to data visualization and dashboard design.

•Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools (After Effects, Principle, Lottie).

•Experience with design ops and scaling design processes across teams.
