Senior Financial Services Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Services Associate to join our team.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication/presentation skills. They will be responsible for providing financial advisory services, preparing financial statements, and conducting research for mergers and acquisitions projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing financial advisory services to clients
- Preparing financial statements and management reports
- Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects
- Assisting in preparing financial models, investment teasers, and memorandums
- Advising on various aspects of Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax, and GST
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:
- CA intermediate both group pass or completed articleship for 3-6 months seeking transfer
- Proficiency in MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint
- Strong accountancy knowledge and good communication/presentation skills
