This is a high-impact, office-based role for someone who thrives in growth environments, understands B2B funnels, and wants to scale Neodrafts into a global leader in lead generation.
Research, identify, and qualify high-value B2B prospects across industries (US/Global).
Run outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, digital) to generate qualified leads.
Marketing Campaign Execution
Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns for Neodrafts and client projects.
Develop persuasive outreach content (emails, LinkedIn messages, landing pages).
Use automation and marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Mailchimp).
#Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and align solutions.
Build long-term client relationships with reporting, updates, and performance reviews.
Operations & Process Management
Maintain CRM hygiene with detailed tracking of prospects, campaigns, and client interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, strategy) to ensure timely delivery.
#Contribute to thought leadership content, case studies, and marketing assets.
Experience : 3–6 years in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or marketing operations (US/Global market preferred).
Hands-on experience with CRM and lead gen platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Mailchimp).
Marketing Knowledge : Deep understanding of B2B funnels, targeting, email best practices, and campaign automation.
Excellent spoken and written English; persuasive in pitching and outreach.
Growth-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a performance-based culture.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
