Analyze data trends and client performance
Build and Manage the operations team
Provide input for product management and engineering teams
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Business Operations for a Digital Marketing agency, or media company.
Experience in stakeholder and client management.
Excellent communication, analytical and influencing skills. Ability to build and manage a team of associates.
Ability to work and succeed in a dynamic, quickly-changing environment.
