State Head - Sales (Kolkata) Industry: Oil & Gas Work Experience: Prefer 10 years of experience in retail sales Drive overall sales strategy and execution for West Bengal & Northeast Take full ownership of regional sales targets and ensure consistent achievement Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team across the region Conduct regular market visits to understand ground realities and support the field team Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and present findings to senior management Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
