Position: CRM IT Head Experience : 15 years and above Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree - Computer Science/ IT, preferably Responsibilities: - 1. Developing and executing the overall CRM technology strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and ensuring it supports business needs. 2. Overseeing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of the CRM system, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. 3. Managing customer data within the CRM system, ensuring data quality, and leveraging analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences 4. Leading and managing a team of CRM IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance. 5. Collaborating with various departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to understand their CRM needs and ensure the system effectively supports their operations 6. Tracking key CRM metrics, analyzing performance, and reporting on the effectiveness of the CRM system to senior management. 7. Identifying opportunities to improve the CRM system, exploring new technologies, and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience and business outcomes. 8. Managing the CRM IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation. Skills Required : - • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices • Experience with CRM or similar software and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) • Proficiency in data management, analytics, and reporting • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements • Experience in project management and change management • Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, APIs, and integration platforms Interested candidates kindy send you CV's at
