Company DescriptionPopulux HR is a leading executive search firm based in Kochi, Kerala.We are hiring for a leading FMCG ( food) brand in India for their new business division for Specialty hot beverages products .Role DescriptionThe Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgetsEnsure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives.Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & Formulate brand strategyOversee business of Ecommerce,D2C marketplacesThe role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Responsible for Strategic LeadershipAccountable for P & LQualificationsMBA ( Marketing)/ Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed InstituteExperience & Skills Required12 to 15 Years experience in FMCG Products Sales & Marketing Or D2C or E Commerce ManagementStrong leadership and team management skillsKnowledge of budget management and financial analysisProficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship managementUnderstanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulationsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentJob Location : ChennaiCTC : As per industry standards
