We are hiring for a leading FMCG ( food) brand in India for their new business division for Specialty hot beverages products .

Role Description

- The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing the specialty foods division, developing business strategies, driving sales growth, managing budgets
- Ensure product line growth and leading a team to achieve business objectives.
- Develop Roadmap for the Specialty product line & Formulate brand strategy
- Oversee business of Ecommerce,D2C marketplaces
- The role involves market analysis, relationship management with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Responsible for Strategic Leadership
- Accountable for P & L

Qualifications

- MBA ( Marketing)/ Equivalent Qualification from a well reputed Institute

Experience & Skills Required

- 12 to 15 Years experience in FMCG Products Sales & Marketing Or D2C or E Commerce Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of budget management and financial analysis
- Proficiency in market analysis and stakeholder relationship management
- Understanding of product quality and compliance with industry regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
