Job Title: Technical Account Manager

Job Purpose
Myelin Foundry is looking for a passionate Sales Engineer who will play a critical role in our sales process by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills. Will work closely with potential clients to understand their requirements, demonstrate the capabilities of our AI solutions, and ensure they see the value in our products.
Detailed Description of the Job Profile:
Work with the Head of sales to meet Sales KPIs and targets for the year.
Identify and understand customer needs and create sales solutions to meet those needs.
Map customer decision making matrix and create relationships with all key stakeholders
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our AI solutions.
Develop and deliver technical proposals and sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
Address technical questions and concerns from potential clients, providing clear and concise explanations.
Make prospecting and cold calls as appropriate.
Work with the product development team to relay customer feedback and requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and other sales-related documents.
Travel to client sites as needed to lead sales activities.
Maintain high connectivity with clients in order to follow up.
Assist the sales team with forecast and status update.
Assist in market research and quantitative analysis.
Define, develop and execute sales specific metrics for channel partnership.
Technical Skills and Experience:
5-7 years of technical sales experience in Industrial vision systems portfolio.
Adept at complex consultative sales process involving multiple stakeholders.
Understanding of the sales process including need-based selling
Strong sales negotiation skills
Strong Account management skills
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Expert level knowledge of MS Office products and CRM software like HubSpot.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Exposure to AI, Machine Language is preferable.
Exposure to Automotive, Media & Entertainment and Surveillance markets preferable.
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role with at least 8 – 10 years of experience.
Soft Skills:
Excellent organization and communications skills
Ability to work well with a diverse group of dedicated professionals.
Strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset with a positive attitude.
Out-of-the box thinking and innovative in problem solving.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field
