The role includes developing new business leads, managing clientrelationships and close target business accounts. The role will require youto work with existing and new clients closely, understand their needs anddrive sales growth as well as solution consulting for continuously drivethe overall growth in enterprise accounts.ResponsibilitiesSolution and business consulting in enterprise accounts for ensuring continuous closure of the sales funnel and penetration across use- cases in existing accountDeveloping strategies for entering key accounts and drive up usage based revenue in existing accountsEnsuring right technology, product and collaterals support is given to Airtel Business account managers for continuously upselling assigned Airtel Digital productsTo exceed monthly sales and consulting targets by selling Airtel Business’ offerings across geographiesWorking directly with clients and partners to gather use-case requirements and ensuring successful product demos with right set of collateralsCoordinating and collaborating with product, engineering and airtel business sales teams to keep the growth motion going across deliverablesDeveloping a strong direct touch sales pipeline, focused on the different verticals while understanding client needs and requirements.Drive business meetings on the field and work on accurate revenueforecasts across accounts and pipeline in the assigned regionRequirements5+ years of experience in IT Product or Services sales / Pre-Sales / Contact Centre Business / Management ConsultingStrong experience of developing high impact sales pipelines for SaaS/CPaaS platformsExcellent in communication skills with enterprise sales / consulting exposureDemonstrable experience of handling a technical commercial with elements of pre-sales and key account managementSelf-motivated person who can work independently and learn with theteam
