CFA & Transport Agreement ManagementAssist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Carrying & Forwarding Agent (CFA) andtransport agreements.Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and commercial terms.Coordinate with the Legal and Compliance teams for timely execution and renewals.2. Commission & Expense ValidationValidate CFA commissions and related distribution expenses against contractualterms and company policies.Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement of claims to stakeholders.3. Transport Bill Verification & ReimbursementScrutinize and verify all transport bills to ensure accuracy and compliance.Coordinate with the transport team and vendors for discrepancy resolution.Ensure timely processing and disbursement of payments.4. Customer/Vendor Accounts ReconciliationPeriodically reconcile customer and vendor accounts to maintain accurate financialrecords.Coordinate with the central Accounts team for resolving discrepancies.Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on outstanding items.5. Distribution Budget PreparationSupport the preparation and consolidation of the annual distribution budget.Monitor actual vs. budgeted expenses and highlight variances for corrective action.Provide inputs and data for financial planning and analysis.6.
