Position Overview:

The CRM Administrator will lead the ongoing development of KnowledgeCity’s HubSpot CRM platform. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the HubSpot platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts. The CRM Administrator will be responsible for executing day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform.
Responsibilities
- CRM System Management: Daily administration, customization, user access management, and technical support.
- Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate on CRM processes, ensure workflow support, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, generate reports, and analyze trends.
- Training and Support: Develop training programs, provide ongoing support, and maintain documentation.
- System Integration and Upgrades: Integrate CRM with other tools and manage upgrades with minimal disruption.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of CRM Administration experience (e.g., Hubspot).
- Must have extensive experience in HubSpot.
- Experience working directly with sales teams and implementing their requirements in the CRM system.
- Ability to administer and configure a CRM system (custom objects, workflows, permissions, etc.).
- Familiarity with automating business processes, creating reports/dashboards, and data analysis/modeling.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - from 7 AM – 4PM (PST)
