You excel at communicating with clarity and empathy at all levels, from engineers to senior executives. Lead and expand the Applications Engineering team focused on delivering advanced DFT solutions across India .

* Build and maintain strong partnerships with senior customer stakeholders, driving long-term engagement and satisfaction.

* Oversee multiple concurrent projects, managing cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely, quality delivery.

* Drive process improvements, standardization, and knowledge sharing within the Applications Engineering function.

* Champion customer success by delivering best-in-class DFT solutions, accelerating time-to-market for semiconductor leaders.

* Foster operational excellence and process improvement, setting new standards for quality and efficiency.

* Enable high-performing teams to execute complex projects, contributing to successful tape-outs and robust design flows.

* Extensive experience in DFT, Synthesis, or other front-end digital design technologies.

* Proven ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage complex technical programs.

* Strong project management skills, including risk identification, mitigation, and contingency planning.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiarity with technical documentation standards.

* BSEE, MSEE, PhD, or equivalent with 15+ years of relevant industry experience (preferred).

* Experience in customer-facing roles and global team management is highly desirable.
