Seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. The ideal candidate is a proven relationship builder who has demonstrated stability in their career (not a job hopper) and has the drive to manage existing vendor relationships while identifying and securing new opportunities on the recruitment side.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and vendors, understanding their needs and goals.
  • Direct staffing requirements to the appropriate internal teams and, where possible, contribute to sourcing suitable candidates.
  • Actively manage and expand the vendor network to drive business growth.
  • Oversee contracts, including C2C agreements, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
  • Provide guidance on US visa and immigration processes related to staffing.
  • Manage digital media content, including the company website and LinkedIn profiles, to align with branding goals.
  • Craft engaging client newsletters and professional email communications.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage client data, track communications, and support growth initiatives.
  • Regularly check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues proactively.



Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a relationship manager or account manager, with expertise in client and vendor management, C2C contracts, and recruitment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic account management skills.
  • A go-getter mentality with a proactive approach to expanding business opportunities.
  • Familiarity with US visa and immigration processes.
  • Strong background in digital media content management, including websites and LinkedIn.
  • Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
