Senior Client Partnership Manager

Are you a seasoned professional looking to leverage your expertise in client and vendor management? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Client Partnership Manager to join our team at Redsun Solutions LLC.
About the RoleThis is a key position that requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT staffing industry. As a Senior Client Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with clients and vendors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be expected to develop and execute plans to expand our vendor network, identify new opportunities, and oversee contracts to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
You will also play a critical role in providing guidance on US visa and immigration processes related to staffing, managing digital media content, and utilizing CRM systems to support growth initiatives.
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
- Develop and execute plans to expand the vendor network and identify new opportunities
- Oversee contracts, including C2C agreements, to ensure compliance and smooth operations
- Provide guidance on US visa and immigration processes related to staffing
- Manage digital media content, including the company website and LinkedIn profiles
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client data and support growth initiatives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of driving business growth
- Demonstrated ability to maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors
- Proven problem-solving, negotiation, and strategic account management skills
- A go-getter mentality with a proactive approach to expanding business opportunities
- Familiarity with US visa and immigration processes
- Strong background in digital media content management
- Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and tools
