Position: Digital Manager Company : JM Financial Asset Management Ltd Role Overview. We are seeking a seasoned Digital Manager with a deep understanding of the mutual fund sector to drive our Partner Engagement Strategies & Digital Customer Acquisition. The role involves developing and executing digital initiatives that support managing relationships with business partners, and overseeing the customer lifecycle, digital customer acquisition etc. You will be responsible for creating and implementing digital solutions that enhance customer experience and help achieve our Customer Experience & Acquisition targets through the B2 B & D2 C channels. Key Responsibilities. Customer Life Cycle Management (CLC): Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial acquisition to long-term retention. Utilize data and insights to improve customer experiences and satisfaction, with a focus on metrics such as NPS (Net Promoter Score) and engagement levels. Digital Customer Acquisition: Own the organization’s digital acquisition targets, working on strategies to optimize conversion through the D2 C channel. Design and implement campaigns tailored to attract and retain customers via various digital platforms and touchpoints. Partner Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing partners to drive business growth. Act as the key liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure alignment on customer experience and acquisition strategies and targets. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Compliance and Product development, to create content, campaigns, and digital experiences that resonate with both customers and partners. Lead projects with a focus on customer experience, acquisition and partner engagement, ensuring on-time delivery and measurable outcomes. Provide guidance to Virtual Relationship Mangers on leveraging digital tools to manage client relationships effectively and achieve customer satisfaction. Foster a collaborative environment to enhance their ability to deliver personalized digital experiences to partners and clients, ensuring consistent performance and goal achievement. Business Proposals & Presentations: Prepare and present compelling business proposals to partners and stakeholders, with a focus on driving customer acquisition through new partnerships and digital channels. Customer Insights & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on customer behavior, acquisition trends, and campaign performance. Provide insights to enhance the customer journey and optimize partner engagement strategies. Experience & Skill Requirements: Industry Expertise: Extensive knowledge of mutual funds, wealth management products, and the broader BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) industry. Customer Lifecycle & Engagement: Proven experience in managing customer lifecycle processes, improving customer engagement, and using Data as a key metric for tracking satisfaction and retention. Digital Marketing & Acquisition: Ability to drive digital acquisition through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of customer journeys across web, email, mobile, and other digital platforms. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics for tracking performance is essential. Partner Relations: Strong experience in building and maintaining business relationships with key partners, ensuring they are engaged and aligned with acquisition goals. Project Management: Expertise in managing cross-functional projects and working collaboratively with teams on digital content creation, campaign execution, and meeting deadlines. Data-driven Approach: Comfortable using data, analytics, and insights to inform decision-making, refine strategies, and report on performance metrics. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively, both in writing and verbally. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with experience in both customer lifecycle management and partner engagement within the mutual fund or BFSI sectors, looking to make a meaningful impact in a digital-first environment.
