We strive to give our family of investors many reasons to celebrate.About the RoleWe are looking to add Relationship Manager in our retail sales team at Delhi location. Someone with an experience range of 5-8 years in the mutual fund/AMC industry is preferable.ResponsibilitiesDistribution Management.Develop and execute channel strategies for asset growth.Drive client acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.Identify and on-board new clients within the targeted distribution channels.Provide product knowledge and conduct training sessions.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Mitigate risks associated with distribution activities and implement effective risk management strategies.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.Required Skills4+ years in asset management distribution.MBA Finance, CFP, CFA, CWM, MBA Securities Markets, or MBA Fintech.Strong knowledge of MF, PMS, AIF, wealth management and industry trend.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Preferred SkillsPerseverance, high on intrinsic motivation and driven by targets.Self-starter and possess good verbal and written communication skills, be customer focused and able to co-ordinate between disparate groups.Displays ability to think out of the box.
