We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can run point on full-funnel growth (paid + organic). You’ll plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn (and test new platforms), stitch the MarTech stack, build demand & lead gen, and turn data into clear decisions. If you can move fast, read numbers, and ship learnings every week, we should talk.What you’ll own- Acquisition: plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta/Google/LinkedIn); drive CAC down, quality up.Deman- d & Lead gen: audience research, hooks, landing pages, lead magnets, A/B tests.MarTe- ch: pixels/tags, events, conversion APIs, CRM journeys, dashboards.Organ- ic Growth: SEO basics, LinkedIn/Twitter distribution, UGC/creator pilots.Web &- Tracking: collaborate on website upkeep, set up events, fix tracking breaks.Insig- ht Engine: build weekly growth reports; translate data into actions leadership can take.Must-haves- 3–6 yrs in B2C/D2C performance marketing with clear wins.- Hands-on with Meta, Google, LinkedIn (end-to-end setup to scale).- Strong data chops: GA4, Looker Data Studio, Sheets/Excel; Cohort, LTV/CAC math.- MarTech literacy: GTM, pixels, conversion API, UTMs, basic CRM automation.- Clear written comms; crisp reporting.Bonus points (your “brownie” list)- Exposure to programmatic, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Affiliates, Creator ads.- Basic HTML/CSS, API/webhook understanding, Zapier/Make.- SEO or ASO experience; App campaigns (UAC).- Experience in pre-launch / waitlist funnels and community-led growth.- Portfolio of experiments with lift numbers.KPIs you’ll drive- Qualified leads / sign-ups, CPL, CAC, Activat/li>ion rate,Lead- → MQL → SQL (or trial) conversion,Chann- el LTV/CAC, Incrementality, Landing page CVR.How to applySend your resume + 3 campaign case studies (goal, setup, creative, result, lesson) to with subject: Performance Marketer – Your Name.About Stylz:Stylz is India's first AI-powered personal styling app designed for GenZs, young explorers, busy professionals, creators, and anyone who wants their wardrobe to work with them.
