Our mission is to revolutionize the fertility space with a customer-centric and tech-enabled approach. We aim to create a gold-standard IVF experience with in-house doctors, the best success rates, and advanced protocols. Our services include egg freezing and IVF, with a vision to deliver IVF 2.0 in India through best-in-class customer experience.
Job Role
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, maintaining high patient service standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will directly contribute to creating a supportive and efficient environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the IVF clinic, ensuring smooth functioning of all services.
Manage clinic schedules, patient flow, and staff allocation to optimize resource use and improve patient experience.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
Ensure the clinic is compliant with local healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of clinic staff, including medical, administrative, and support personnel.
Ensure a compassionate and supportive environment for patients, from initial consultation to post-treatment follow-up.
Oversee the patient intake process, ensuring clear communication regarding treatment options, expectations, and timelines.
Work closely with doctors and medical staff to ensure seamless care coordination and treatment delivery.
Oversee billing processes and work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance claims processing.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving, revenue generation, and operational efficiencies.
Ensure that the clinic operates within all healthcare regulations, including patient confidentiality, ART, and other applicable laws.
Manage risk, safety, and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
Oversee the management and maintenance of clinic equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IVF management or clinic operations, preferably in a fertility, IVF, or reproductive healthcare setting.
Leadership: Proven experience in managing and leading a multidisciplinary team, with excellent people management skills.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly those relevant to IVF, patient care, and medical compliance.
Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both patients and staff at all levels.
Problem-solving: Strong organizational and decision-making skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
Financial Acumen: Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and managing clinic operations within budget constraints.
