Responsibilities


Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the content team, including writers, editors, and multimedia creators.
  • Foster collaboration across marketing, product, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Define and implement content workflows and quality standards.
  • Content Strategy and Development:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for mConsent and
  • CareTap to align with business objectives.
  • Plan and oversee content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Create a diverse range of content, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, video scripts, and social media posts.


SEO and Analytics:

  • Optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.


Branding and Messaging:

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all content platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create content for product launches, PR campaigns, and customer communication.


Innovation and Trend Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into the content strategy.
  • Experiment with emerging content formats and platforms to reach new audiences.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in content creation and team management, preferably in the healthcare or SaaS industry.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in content management systems (e.g., WordPress), SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
  • Willing to work from 3pm to 12 am IST.
