What You'll Do:

  • Foster Organizational Culture: Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and align with AOT’s vision and values.
  • Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding: Attract and hire top talent, and elevate AOT’s brand as an employer of choice within India.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  • Employee Relations: Support employees and managers in performance management, employee development, and resolution of workplace issues.
  • Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic projects and continuously improve HR practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to foster collaboration and engagement.
  • Leadership and Development: Coach and guide employees and managers, ensuring a supportive and growth-oriented work environment.


What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR roles, including end-to-end HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
  • MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
  • Deep understanding of HR practices in India, including labor laws and compliance.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for working with people and a commitment to fostering diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Self-directed and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with HR tools, systems, and technology to streamline operations.
