This is a permanent Work From Home position and everyday you’ll be working directly as part of their UK team. It is a senior role with real opportunities to learn and develop.
Location: Remote Work from Home in India
Minimum Experience: 5 years
Shift Timings: 12pm - 9:30pm (Summer), 1pm - 10:30pm (Winter)
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious UI/UX designer to make a significant impact and further grow your career. As our sole UI/UX Designer, you will take ownership of all design aspects within the company, helping us shape the user experience across various platforms. Your work will directly influence our brand identity, website, marketing materials, and user journey optimization.
Roles and responsibilities
Collaborating with Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align design strategies with business goals. This could include improving landing pages and optimizing user journeys to increase conversions.
Defining Design Guidelines & Standards: Establish design principles and guidelines that ensure a consistent user experience across the website, landing pages, and any digital touchpoints.
Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and collect feedback to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors. Use insights to drive design decisions.
Visual Design: Work on the visual aspects of the website and landing pages, including layout, typography, and colour schemes, ensuring a professional, engaging, and modern look.
Improve conversion rates on landing pages and website
Maintaining Brand Integrity: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all visual materials (e.g., website, landing pages, marketing materials).
