The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing user-centered experiences, particularly in B2C sectors like Travel, Insurance, Delivery, or similar industries. You should be well-versed in industry-standard UX tools, have a solid understanding of design principles, and demonstrate a keen ability to transform complex business requirements into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user journeys, ensuring each touchpoint aligns with user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research (including user interviews, surveys, A/B testing) and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders, to define user requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analytics, and business needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the table.
Contribute to the development of design systems and ensure consistency across all user interfaces.
Present and explain design concepts to stakeholders, clearly articulating your design rationale and how it addresses both user and business objectives.
Apply user-centered design (UCD) principles to ensure usability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design concepts meets the intended vision.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field from a reputed design school/university.
3+ years of hands-on experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in B2C environments (Travel, Insurance, Delivery, etc.).
Proficiency in UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles, including user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluation.
Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual design assets.
Solid understanding of animation and motion design (a plus).
Knowledge of statistics and data analysis to inform design decisions (a plus).
